AES is of the firm opinion, that human resource is the most important asset of a company. At AES Laboratories, continuous on job training of its employees, is an integral part of its routine activities.  Training activity also includes, training for special courses and exposure to various seminars and workshops.

AES has a well equipped in house training facility, equipped with modern tools of training.  Our regular trainings ensure that our personnel are always in sync with updated analytical techniques to give our customers the benefit of latest technologies available in the field of laboratory services.  Regular refresher trainings are carried out for our sampling and site monitoring and testing staff to ensure high quality site data collection.

Besides laboratory analysis oriented technical trainings, various other skill development programs are organized for our staff that includes customer relationship management, laboratory safety procedures, developing leadership and management skills, Apart from in-house trainings, AES also offers short term training courses for students from various professional colleges.

Other training activities include –

1. AES organized a training programme in Food Safety and Analysis for the food industry, in collaboration with Quality Council of India and on behalf of Ministry of Food Processing Industry.  

2. AES also conducts practical training for college students, at its Laboratory in various fields like Microbiology, Food testing, Environment testing and instrumental training.
